- Ephemeral Email Metadata: We temporarily access email metadata (such as sender, subject line, timestamp) to analyze and classify emails. Email content is not stored.
- Behavioral & Diagnostic Data: Includes interaction data, device information, and log files used for performance monitoring and user support.
Anonymized Training Signals: Aggregated and de-identified metadata may be used to improve the application.
- User-Directed Deletion Actions: We delete emails only at your direction, moving them to the Gmail Trash folder. Users are responsible for reviewing and confirming deletion settings.
