2. Service Description
Spambam! is an AI-powered email assistant that filters, categorizes, deletes, marks as spam, unsubscribes, responds to, and labels emails. All processing is ephemeral—email content is not stored. Our service relies on your authorized access via Google OAuth.
3. Account Access & Eligibility
To access Spambam!, you must be at least 13 years of age and maintain an active email (Google) account. You are solely responsible for securing your credentials and activity on your account. Use of Spambam! in violation of Gmail’s Terms of Service or any applicable law is strictly prohibited.
4. Permitted Use & Restrictions
You may not:
- Copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of our services;
- Reverse-engineer or attempt to extract the source code of our software;
- Use the service to send spam, phishing, or other unlawful communications;
- Violate CAN-SPAM, GDPR, or other data protection laws;
- Interfere with or disrupt our servers or networks.
5. AI Limitations, User Control & Disclaimers
The service may automatically delete emails based on user-defined rules. All deleted emails are moved to the Gmail Trash folder. It is your responsibility to verify and monitor these rules. We do not guarantee accuracy, completeness, or uninterrupted service. THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND.
6. Subscription, Freemium Model, Payments & Refunds
Spambam! offers both free (“Freemium”) and paid subscription plans. Freemium users have access to limited features. Paid users receive enhanced services and advanced filtering capabilities. Subscriptions are billed in advance and auto-renew unless canceled at least 30 days before the end of the billing period. No refunds will be issued for partial use or unused portions. You may cancel your subscription through your account settings.
7. Intellectual Property & License Grant
Spambam! and all related intellectual property are owned by The Endgame AI, Inc. We grantyou a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the service for personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with these terms.
8. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access at any time for any reason, including breach of these terms. Upon termination, your license to use Spambam! will be revoked immediately. The following sections survive termination: Limitation of Liability, Indemnification, Governing Law, and Dispute Resolution.
